A small family jewelry house in Glendale. Heirloom, custom, and bridal pieces — designed in the room, made on a single bench, signed by the same hands for sixty years.
The shop opened in 1962, two blocks south of where it sits today, when our grandfather walked off a boat from Aleppo with a leather roll of files and one finished ring in his pocket. He set up a bench in the back of a watch repair store on Brand Boulevard and started taking custom commissions on a handshake.
Sixty years later, most of our work is still made on that same bench — by his sons, and now his grandchildren — for the same families who walked in for their first engagement ring in 1971 and now bring their grandchildren in for theirs.
We don't have a factory. We have a workshop, a window onto Brand Boulevard, and a quiet room in the back where most of the conversations happen.

A wedding pair commissioned for an Armenian-Greek wedding in 2024. Higher karat than is sensible — that was the point.
For a granddaughter's debut. The pearls were her great-grandmother's; we re-set them around a small old-mine diamond she'd never seen before.

Start a custom piece →Most of what we make starts with someone sitting across the desk from one of us. Sometimes with a stone they've inherited and have no idea what to do with. Sometimes with a Pinterest board and a date in March. Sometimes with nothing but a feeling.
From there: three to four conversations, two months of work, one finished piece. We do not rush. We do not outsource. The same person who sketches it makes it.
An hour together, in the back room. Stones, sketches, history, budget — all of it on the table. No charge, no pressure.
Within a week, hand-rendered sketches and a transparent quote. We refine until it's right.
Six to eight weeks of work, mostly upstairs. We send progress photographs along the way.
The piece, photographed, signed, and presented in our box. Yours forever — and ours to repair, free, for as long as it exists.

Walk-ins welcome for the front of the shop. Custom and bridal consultations are by appointment — usually a week out, sometimes the same day if we're not at the bench.
